4. Improve creativity, and innovation through work with experts, arts bodies, and cultural exchange groups.

5.  Secure regular work where cultural entertainment can be demonstrated fully.

6.  Exchange cultural wealth and thereby enhance social lifestyle of our membership audience

7. Encourage members of the metropolis to become more involve with integrated community workshops.
